Single-component curing polyurethane foam in contact with ambient moisture for cannula application. The foam once cured can be cut, drilled, painted or revoked and has a structure formed mainly by closed cells that gives it a high insulating power both thermal and acoustic. It has a great adhesion on most building materials such as concrete, wood, fibrocement, work, PVC, polyester reinforced with fiberglass, etc. COLLAK FOAM does not adhere to polyethylene, teflon or silicone. Resistant to aging, mumemohation and microorganisms. It is not UV resistant.
- Insulation, sealing and filling of joints, cracks and holes in the overall construction
- Filling of cavities between carpentry (window and door frames) and walls, bonding of insulating and decorative panels, fixing doors and windows, isolating pipes and cables, sealing joints in fireplaces, adjusting and filling space on shingle roofs or Fibre.
- It is also indicated for fixing shingles in the construction of roofs.
- The foam can be used at temperatures between +5oC and +30oC. The cured foam is semi-rigid and predominantly closed cell.
