HG Hygienizing Cleaner for Jacuzzi was developed with natural raw materials and cleans your jacuzzi system intensively and safely without damaging the internal system or the environment, hygienic and natural. It also eliminates embedded dirt and possible sources of odor without any problem. With use, undesirable bacteria and dirt caused by calcareous tartar, soap fats and oils are housed in the jacuzzi/hot tub system. When there is no water in the system, bacteria begin to multiply and dirt sticks. In some cases, unpleasant odors may even occur. HG Cleaning for Jacuzzi cleans the system in a hygienic and natural way without danger to the system or the environment. Accumulated dirt and odors will also disappear, without any problem. Regular use HG Hot tub Cleaner extends its lifespan.

How to use:

Fill the hot tub/hot tub with hot water up to 5 cms above the outlet of the highest water or air jets. Pour directly into the water between 50 and 75 ml of HG Hot Tub Hygienizing Cleaner. Operate the system for 15 minutes. Allow to empty the hot tub/hot tub and rinse with clean water. To prevent dirt buildup, repeat treatment every 2 to 3 weeks depending on how often your jacuzzi/hydromassage is used. If the jacuzzi/hot tub has an automatic cleaning system, fill it with HG Hot Tub Cleaner and follow the instructions in your jacuzzi/hydromassage manual.

What if I want to return a product that I have purchased?

In this case, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase. And we will refund the full cost of the purchase with the exception of the shipping and delivery costs, which you will be liable for. You can also exchange your product for another one and add or recoup any difference in price. Please remember that we do not accept refunds if the product has been used, is not in its original packaging or you can’t provide the receipt.

If you are returning the merchandise because it is faulty or in bad condition, we will either refund and cover all shipping and delivery costs, or replace the product for one in perfect condition. In these cases, we must also ensure that the fault has not arisen from incorrect use.

Oh no, I bought what I wanted but it isn't really right...

If this is a gift, we can exchange it for something else that you like of the same price – you must provide the gift receipt - or a higher one. Under no circumstances will we refund money if it is a gift receipt, which you must always provide to request an exchange.
