Description

HG Softener for espresso and single-dose coffee machines is a citric acid-based softener, specially developed to remove limestone inlays from all types of espresso and pads. This "softener" works safely, quickly and oodoraly, and is completely biodegradable. In case of regular use of HG Softening the coffee maintains its delicious taste, the device maintains its speed and you can enjoy your electric espresso machine or pads for years.

How to use:

Pour 75 ml (3.4 cup coffee) of HG Softener into the water tank and fill with 750 ml of water (10 x diluted). Leave the solution on for 10 minutes. Then turn on the appliance and let the liquid strain halfway. Turn off the appliance and leave the product on for 10 minutes, then let the rest of the liquid strain until the tank is completely emptied. After treatment rinse the water tank thoroughly, fill with clean tap water and allow the appliance to run alone with water for at least three times, so that there is no remaining lime or unpleasant taste. For coffee makers with pads, you can first use a pill with a used pad, to collect possible traces of lime. This way you can avoid a possible stopper at the output. To decalcify normal electric coffee machines, kettles and washing machines we advise you to use HG Fast antical A 500 ml bottle is sufficient to descal 6 times

What if I want to return a product that I have purchased?

In this case, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase. And we will refund the full cost of the purchase with the exception of the shipping and delivery costs, which you will be liable for. You can also exchange your product for another one and add or recoup any difference in price. Please remember that we do not accept refunds if the product has been used, is not in its original packaging or you can’t provide the receipt.

If you are returning the merchandise because it is faulty or in bad condition, we will either refund and cover all shipping and delivery costs, or replace the product for one in perfect condition. In these cases, we must also ensure that the fault has not arisen from incorrect use.

Oh no, I bought what I wanted but it isn't really right...

If this is a gift, we can exchange it for something else that you like of the same price – you must provide the gift receipt - or a higher one. Under no circumstances will we refund money if it is a gift receipt, which you must always provide to request an exchange.

Remember, you have 30 days to process exchanges from the date of purchase.
