How to use

Easy to use and apply as long as simple assembly instructions are followed.

1.- Disassemble the door of the device to put it in horizonal on a table and work comfortably. If it is not possible to disassemble the door, this process would have to be carried out vertically, holding the cord with adhesive tape, and once the refractory glue is dry and before turning on the device, remove the adhesive tape carefully.

2.- Clean and degrease the place where you are going to place the cord with the glue, using if possible a cleaning solvent or any non-oily solvent. Make sure the surface is well cleaned and dry.

3.- Apply the necessary amount

4.- Once the refractory glue is placed, take the fiberglass cord with gloves and place it on top of the adhesive pressing on it so that they are printed and let it dry without moving.

5.- As the drying of the product is relatively fast, it is recommended that no more than 2 minutes elapse between the application of the glue and the gluing of the fiberglass cord. The drying time will depend on the temperature and humidity. In summer it is about 6 hours and in winters about 12 to 15 hours.

6.- Once dry, put the door on the device and turn it on normally

What if I want to return a product that I have purchased?

In this case, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase. And we will refund the full cost of the purchase with the exception of the shipping and delivery costs, which you will be liable for. You can also exchange your product for another one and add or recoup any difference in price. Please remember that we do not accept refunds if the product has been used, is not in its original packaging or you can’t provide the receipt.

If you are returning the merchandise because it is faulty or in bad condition, we will either refund and cover all shipping and delivery costs, or replace the product for one in perfect condition. In these cases, we must also ensure that the fault has not arisen from incorrect use.

If this is a gift, we can exchange it for something else that you like of the same price – you must provide the gift receipt - or a higher one. Under no circumstances will we refund money if it is a gift receipt, which you must always provide to request an exchange.
