HG Tile Cement Remover (Thin Layer) (product 11) removes cement residue from all types of porous and non-porous ceramic tiles, flagstones, and non-calcareous natural stone, such as Norwegian slate, granite, and quartzite. The unique feature of this product is that it dissolves the cement on the tile surface, but not the grout. It even strengthens the grout.

Do you need to remove cement grout residue? The unique feature of our cement residue remover is that it dissolves the cement on the tile surface, but not the grout, which is even strengthened. It is also suitable for removing rust. For more stubborn cement and mortar residue, we recommend HG Tile Cement Remover (Thick Layer) (product 12).

How do I use HG Cement Remover (thin layer)?
Follow these steps to correctly use HG Cement Remover for Tiles (thin layer) (product 11).

Pour the product into the water. Pre-moisten the surface with clean water, then apply a sufficient amount of the solution using a mop or cloth. Do not treat more than 10 or 15 m² at a time. Then, scrub the surface thoroughly with a mop or brush. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, and during the drying time, keep the floor moist with the solution. Then, brush the treated surface thoroughly again, then remove the solution with a mop, then scrub the floor with clean water.

What if I want to return a product that I have purchased?

In this case, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase. And we will refund the full cost of the purchase with the exception of the shipping and delivery costs, which you will be liable for. You can also exchange your product for another one and add or recoup any difference in price. Please remember that we do not accept refunds if the product has been used, is not in its original packaging or you can’t provide the receipt.

If this is a gift, we can exchange it for something else that you like of the same price – you must provide the gift receipt - or a higher one. Under no circumstances will we refund money if it is a gift receipt, which you must always provide to request an exchange.
