How do I use HG Stain Remover no. 3?
Follow these steps to easily remove candle wax, tar, and resin stains from fabrics:

First test the fabric on an inconspicuous area to ensure it is colorfast. Remove all traces beforehand, if possible. Soak the stain in a bowl of the product for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow to dry. Then, rub fabric against fabric and rinse thoroughly with warm water. If necessary, repeat the treatment and leave it on for longer, but do not allow the product to dry on the fabric. For smaller stains on an absorbent white garment, such as a white handkerchief, moisten it with a cloth soaked in HG Wax, Resin, and Tar Stain Remover. Then, rinse thoroughly with warm water. What if I want to return a product that I have purchased?

In this case, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase. And we will refund the full cost of the purchase with the exception of the shipping and delivery costs, which you will be liable for. You can also exchange your product for another one and add or recoup any difference in price. Please remember that we do not accept refunds if the product has been used, is not in its original packaging or you can’t provide the receipt.
